As a matter of fact, updating isn't always the answer. When the Toris are invisible, it might be an update that caused the fault. If you've had any recent driver updates, you could try rolling them back. Make sure to delete the updated drivers completely if you are rolling back the changes.

Known bug. Your card doesn't have 128+ MB of memory. Sorry.
