Having the Swastika is classed as being offensive. Whether it's against the rules or not I'm sure people would not like it ingame.

Yeah, I agree with BenDover. It is an offensive symbol but dosen't need to be used in an offensive way.

if you show or wear it in germany you get arested, doesn't matter if you used it in an offensive way or not <.<

I think a swatika is ok, if it doesn't consist of 2 "S". (Original swastika = S + S rotated 90А) <- not ok

Its ok if it consists of 2 "Z" (Z and Z 90А rotated) <- this symbol has nothing to do with NAZIS
