Edit: I don't think those rules apply in clan boards. I think members can post whatever they want as long as the leaders are ok with it.

when i was in MFR i made a "wibbles of MFR" thread and a mod came in and deleted it and said he would have to take action if i made a new one so i really dont know try pming someone
