The people who is inactive for a big time receives a warn
if someone : "flamming" spamming, or something like that, he'll receive a warn
if the person have 5 warns on total, he will be kicked

question:
if you see that i'm active, you can give me a promotion to member, then to senor member etc ?
or i need to apply ever i want to receive one ?
