You can't lose officialness. You can become a dead clan, but you need to be inactive for 2 weeks, then they'll ask you if you're still alive, then if that thread goes inactive for 2 weeks, then the clan is dead. So you'd have to be completely inactive for a month.

We post at least 15-20 times a day.

When I drink Monster I don't really feel energized, all it does is keep me awake til 4 in the morning.
