I know how to make videos but I need a program that can import "rpl" videos.If anyone knows a program that can open it just tell me it's name ok?

.rpl is not a video format it is commands and positions for toribash. when u watch a replay in toribash it reads these commands and moves the players accordingly while constantly updating the joint positions so as to avoid glitching. this is the reason why we can rotate the replays and watch them from any angle, therefore to have it in video form you would have to record it with some kind of recording sowtware like the ingame recording script
