Umm...Im not really too good at this kind of art.Im more of a GFX guy but I can tell you that this head is too simple.You should change the position of the eyes.Lower them a little and add some more things to it like metal plates to the back or something like that.OH,and make the eyes glow some more.

I'd give it 7/10 most likely because the font is too basic and it colors aren't consistent with each other. Monochrome and red? Add a bit more color to compliment the blood and reduce the white.

You couldve use shaders and maybe some more effects but its good. 7/10
