Well, i would like to do that but, i can't make the first pose quality better, cause my laptop can't handle shaders and ray tracing. And the 2nd one is better because it's uses Blender. I probably can make it like that too but i dunno how to change joints color on blender.

Well usually people use 128x128, but it's 125x125. Though it will be auto-resized so, don't think about it.
