let's make a thread in this board about people who want to join before letting them in.
If there is one no they cannot join, simple.
I suggest this mainly because we have a nice set of members at this point and I'd like to keep the quality up.

agree/disagree?

edit: also, the thread stays up for, say, one week. If there is no clear consensus then they are OUT.
