You shouldn't immediately shut people down(not sure if those are the correct words to use, but whatevz), after all the 'obscure' and higher usually decide on allies.

@chartle: I know I'm new here, but that guy really annoys me... Also he just applied for allies with every active official clan... I've seen him around once or twice and he annoys me, alot... Sorry if I was alittle out of line... But I assumed no one would have a problem with me saying no and giving my reasoning for it

I think Bel is a pretty cool guy. eh states his opinion and doesn't afraid of anything.
