That sucks. Local games aren't that good though. If you set the game rules to 20 frames, Each move done by a player takes up 20 frames which completely messes up a move in some cases. But you can always fix that by making the frames half of what you normally do. (Ex. 20 frames --> 10 frames, 10 frames --> 5 frames, and so on.)
