Loyalty is what a want in this clan, so when people leave, thats their wish. If people doubt the clan, please leave or i will kick you. I want loyalty, thats the key thing i want from all clan members, if you think "oh i will stay in this clan for a while coasting along until a 'better' clan picks me up, or until i make my own" then i do not want you. People who stay with this clan wherever it goes, to the very end, those are the people i want, and i have the up most respect for them.
I help members as much as i can, real money i have spent on boosters i use to help members, i know there are times when i go slightly insane and moan about leaving and such, but you will just have to live with it ;) I know you guys will keep me in the clan, so i thank you and as leader it is my duty to stay and keep the clan going, but as members its also your duty to stay and help me too.
The reason for having it so you may not rejoin if you leave/kicked is because leaving in the first place is the first sign of disloyalty. Though this rule isn't cast in iron, so there may be exceptions, i have first hand experience on making mistakes, and sometimes something good may come of it and you my realize "I miss those guys".
I won't be an asshole about you leaving, but its just a shame, good luck in whatever you do, just stay loyal to your next clan. Thank you

[invade] but wow ! u jim are 1 heck of a leader ! u dont know me but what u said is really good ! and i know some leaders (not saying there name ) dont care about there members , they do but only a littil but they care is about there rep and money ! as for what u just said its true that we need loyal people in your clan and your clan is not the only 1 facing that another REALLY top clans and good clans are facing it like freez , DAT , guardian , fusion , .... and some i dont remember so keep holding on .

So many clan hoppers around on Toribash at the moment who's loyalty only goes as far as the money they can leech off the clan.
