I like that idea JD. Who is recommended that they vote, are the recruiters and the alphas, I think that because the alphas are higher ranks and they have more experience. (I dont say that because Im alpha)

Are you saying Alphas should vote on who comes into that rank? Well these people are selected because they have good judgement on who should be what (Not saying you all don't), If you feel like Alphas should do more, The PM me or another co-leader/leader we always are willing discuss your thoughts.

Hello, Beta and sorry to intrude but I agree with Note JD Hasn`t been the friendliest to me and it seems like to a few others. Anyways Like I said, Sorry to intrude Just wanted to discuss what note said.
