Your card statement depends on your card provider.

You will normally receive statements by email or post.
The line item should say
PAYPAL + XXXX <-- this would be the 4 digit code you are looking for.

You may still be able to purchase the flame forge subscription seeing as the value is USD 25. And paypal tends to allow unlinked cards to complete transactions of this value.
