How to apply force?
I'm extremely new, and this may sound very stupid, but does anyone know how to apply force to joints or something like that? i hear about it a lot, but no one says how it's done. k thanks!

Or, press Z to toggle the force state of a joint (expand/contract, raise/lower, left/right), and X to change the rigidity state (held/relaxed).
