I think if you send the sms to the number that appears,you will receive a sms saying the code.

Right, you will receive a text message to your phone number you gave there which contains the code.
Then you go there again and activate the code.
Its that easy.

Click the InstaBoost button, pick a location Then go to your mobile and do what it says.
For example: if you live in greece go to sms at type AP and send it to 54540.
After buying a booster, they will send you a SMS with a code.
Go back to game, enter code, click ok and now it will send you into a page.
click confirm and you're ready.
