That's a powerfull jump, here's

hold all
extend abs, glutes
lower shoulders

hold abs
6xspace
contract knees
2xspace
extend hips, knees
Now, a
simple throw, for the ones, who like throwing uke.
after extending knees:
space
contracting pecs
raise shoulders
space
grip hands
space
ungrip hands
press "p"
