About...a couple of weeks ago,I did two of the free toricredits awards (not sure what it's called),both were a 15 minute wait.I waited 14 minutes,and it wasn't there.so I thought the admins were asleep or busy,so fell asleep myself.When I woke up,it wasn't there,and tohught the same thing.Then I waited a week,and just forgot about it.What happened,and can I have the toricredits?It was the smiley toolbar,and the 3-d screensaver download ones.

As far as I know, toricredits are distributed automatically. (for the surveys and free tc events etc) That means that no said person does it manually. Therefor nothing really can be done to get your tc back. It seems like it was a long time ago so I would not worry about getting it back. Hope that helped.
