Change Engage distance to 230.
Press c
Extend Right ankle
Extend right Hip
Extend Left Glute
Raise Right shoulder
Left rotating Chest
Relax Right knee
Extend Left Pecs
Contract Right Pecs
Space x4
Contract Right knee
Space x1
Extend Right knee
Contract Right hip
Lower Right shoulder
Left bending lumbar
contract abs
And That's it.
