I am using a program called gimp to make heads
I click on spinning globe but my image doesnt spin
Could someone tell me how to make my image spin

You click spinning globe.

Make the frames 30-40 frames.

The project that opens up is the spinny. But it won't spin yet.

You have to save it as a .GIF file.

Where ever you saved it will be the spinning head.

Double click it.

Nothing worked
it came up with a blank page

just use povray. the heads look better then.

I have always wanted to use PovRay.

But apparently it doesn't work on Windows Vista (Of which I have)

it works on vista, for sure, i tested it myself.
i rendered some eagle projects with it on my fathers laptop with vista

and how do i get into this povray

Well none that i can think of.
You should try it anyways, that tutorial was written long ago, pov-ray may have improved since then.
