hey guys i dont know how much cost a isntaboost in germany the full costs i dont know

but whatever my question a guy who buy an instaboost cant get the promos right?

Yes, you get promos. Exactly one 50x promo for one instaboost. That means if you but 2 of them there will be a 100x booster promo, and so on.
