The whatever flipkick
Ok here goes my first post with a move I experimented to get to. Looks kinda nice
Hold All
Contract both hips
Contract abs
Spacex6
Raise shoulders
Extend elbows and wrists
Extend hips
Contract knees
Extend ankles
Spacex8 (6,7 works, but 8 gives a cleaner kick)
Extend knees
Extend glutes
Voila, flip, kick, beheaded
Dunno what to do after that, please give your ideas.
