Easiest way to get your head off while playing classic would be;
Turn One: Hold all, lower right shoulder, contract right elbow, relax right wrist, grab with right hand, contract abs, extend neck.
Turn Two: Contract right pec.
Turn Three: Raise right shoulder, extend right elbow, extend right wrist, extend right pec.
After turn three, you should have your head off your shoulders and into your hand.
