Post a thread in support stating your problems, also be as descriptive as you can.

Even though you speak spanish, try to only type in ENGLISH on forums.

He's not limited to English on the forum, we have spanish speaking smods.

Maybe your computer cannot handle the graphics... or your missing a dll file? Try re-installing the game.
