Hello, i just got a really bad trojan thing (my pc said something about MALware) and i think i got rid of it, but, everything i originally had will not open. Not paint, messanger, all the games i had, so when i tried to run toribash a window opened that said "choose a program you want to use to open this file" same thing happens when i download it again. I believe it has something to do in my windows folder somewhere. But other than that, im puzzled . Help would be HUGLEY appreciated.

Have you tried calling The computer's customer service?

Or posted on their website forum?

If not try it out or post on another comp expert forum Im 90% SURE they will have an answer for you situation

Well I would suggest that you save all your necessary files you have on your PC, then format your hard and do a complete system restore.

im tring to keep my problem on the down low... dont ask why i just am. any more suggestions

Also: Sometimes a malicious item will cause some applications and items to not function. And if you really want to launch something without the full system restore then try renaming them first.
If that doesn't work, then you might as well try slip's suggestion.
