how do u get the environment seen on this youtube montage ?

It's a shader. You can load your shaders by typing this in the chat window: /lws shadername.inc .
You can check the names of the shaders you have in your toribash>data>shader folder.

Thats a custom shader.
To apply custom shaders you need to type /lws shadername.inc.

I'm not sure which shader is the one above, but browse the shaders folder in your toribash directory, and apply them.
