how do you get a texture on here with color and some being invisible.....cause when ever i try it always makes it black and white

use paint.net gimp or photoshop and put it as a tga and to the highest quality possible

i did but it always makes it black and white...it says it cant do tga with color....

you have to use alpha channel I believe.

Yeah its how you get transparency with images. In gimp its Layer/Transparency/Add Alpha Channel.
