omg...Download gimp

www.gimp.com then make the head...right click..Animation..Spinning Globe...Frames 30-40...Save as animated..Then upload it

to be more clear:

go to filter>spinning globe>frames 30-50
gave it as a .gif and make sure its saved as an animation
go to tinypic, imageshack, or photobucket and upload the animation there
then get the img code from (or the direct link) and go to
the little globe and chain when you post (might have to go to advanced to see it)
paste the link in there

and voila!
