I was just wanting to know if you live in the United states, what state you live in. Please list your friends and such as well and I will make a list of every one under their state.

The purpose of this is some people find out who lives close to them and maybe if both parties are willing, to meet up. I am hoping that enough people could live around an area to put on their very one fanmade toricon like they did in germany.
