For reference I am using the latest version 3.8.
Last night, the 9th of August, multiplayer was working just fine then today multiplayer is having fits I reinstalled the game and it still is not working. It just says Not connected and in the bottom left it says

I just do not get it if you could help me I will be gratefull

What servers are you connecting to?

There are certain belts at which you can join certain servers. Your qi is 83, so you should be able to join.. er, intermediate servers, I think. And any private servers.
