That's sick if it's a vector.
The sludge type stuff dripping off the words are blurry. I don't know if you meant to do this, but it would look better sharp.

The shading on the right ear is wierd, and you left some white around the edges between the shade and the black. GG

I made it completely with the pen tool, even the text, so yea, its a vector

as for the blur at the bottom,
i dont know why its like that O_o

Hmm, I like it. But the area aroud the nostrils/moutch/under the sludge lack shading I feel, And the sludge on the text could use some more black in areas to cover the orange. I like it other then that, took me awhile to find flaws.
