i cant make a server
whenever i type in the name of a server, it says not connected and unable to create room, please try again. PLZ HELP ME!!!!

Have you tried waiting a while? Say, 30 minutes, hour?

Sometimes you can't make servers because there is a limit to how many servers can be online at once. There might just be too much of them already.
