Well... I'm new with these forums and Toribash, so I thought I should post my replays I've made so far for some feedback from the elites. This amazing and sadistic game has occupied my life for a week now. I've been busy.

Yeah, I know some people are sick of newbies doing this, but it seems like the best way to get honest feedback.


P.S. If you don't already know where to put these files, I don't want your advice. Harsh, I know. So sorry.

P.P.S. I really apologize for the zeroes in the names... I label them with the zeroes so they will be ahead of the preloaded replays, and [D] is for David; I have a shared computer, so I use that to distinguish mine from others.

You use way too much mods. Try to do some classic replays too.

I love the swords. They are so much more useful.

You should just post a few of the best ones as actual rpl's. Most people, (including myself) are to lazy to extract the files and whatnot.

I have to agree, try to avoid using so many mods to make your replays,
They aren't too bad though, much potential.

Keep at it, and you'll soon be replaying like the greats.

I've started working with the default settings, and I have a good replay with a face kick. I'm trying to learn editing so I can smooth it out, but Hitman and Skjef's (the only editing tutorials I read fully) are just complete Greek to me.

(ANECDOTE ALERT.)
I got into Peter Bone's Pivot2 awhile back, but I was abysmal.
It was the same with Flash, and Rhinoceros, and Milkshape.

Gah!!! My name (And thus, my head) was used in a few replays! WHY!!?!??!?!? HOW?!??!?!?!?!?!? AGH!!!!!

Other than that, yeah, cool stuff I guess. Try to break him apart with just your hands and feet rather than just using swords, it's much more satisfying

That head is definitely my favorite. headbang
I didn't really know about the whole head system yet.
I was planning on changing it; that's why I changed to the Strong Bad head...

I confess: DM threshold was on 80, but I think everyone will like it.
@B-Rad: definitely right about the whole satisfaction thing.
It's called Barbarian because of its sheer brutalitysamurai... just watch it please.



I still haven't figured out editing or Povray yet though...

Using that same technique you coul've easily gotten it on 100 dm thresh.
