Worldbuilder Question
All I have are two simple questions. How do I copy and paste a mod somewhere and how do I script it in Notepad? Any answers will be appreciated.

Right clicking it and open with notepad allows you to edit the .tbm file.
I never made a mod so I can't help you with what does what though.
