-Constantly wibbles, i will be checking on the wibble forums constantly to see who is doing the best.
-By sending in 5k or more, you will earn a slot in the tornament, 40 slots in total, meaning the Prize will be all of you're added up tc, mostlikely around 150k for first place, and 50k for second.
-The winner will be decided after the end of the submission date, or after reaching the 200k limit, if you're lucky someone generous will send more tc so the prize is bigger.

No offense, but this contest doesn't seem like it will work. Every day you go check out wibbles, and whoever you see as the most active during that time is who will "win" for that day, but what about the times you arent around?

No, its not a scam, by sending in you're tc, you are benfiting a prize, once the 40 slots are filled, it will be 5k each slot making the prize 200k in total, making 1st place 150k and 2nd place 50k, in no way is this a scam.and yes, it is based off of you're number of posts, and just how wibblish you're posts are.
