Ok, I searched for this but couldn't find it, so feel free to shove a link down my throat.

I can't update a .tga file to for my head, and I have tried (like it would make a difference) from my desktop, and from the folder i keep my heads in. The site allows me to add a .jpg, but it doesn't change my in-game head. My forum account and in-game are linked, and I am registered.

this is the error:
Upload Failed. Make sure the filetype is valid

what i sugest to u is delte ur head out of the custom heads fodler then reupload the new head which u would like peole to see then go into tori and resart a a few times and it shoudl show coz that how i do it

updateing files on your computer doesn't change what others see.

no i said delete the already uploaded file from the toribash/custom foloder and then reupload it and restart tori a few times and it will show up

It was an upload error as it was, try uploading a tga without RLE compression.

Hmm .. make sure when you make the head that its in pixels (128x128 pixels) not iches or centimeters.

You can try saving the head as a different type of file:
If you cant get it to work, add me on msn - *************** and i will take a look at your head.
