Thanks man. I make mine in flash so anything i don't draw is automatically transparent. In gimp, I think you have to make the transparent parts black on an alpha layer.

Anyway, I finished touching up the first set. Now I'll be making the water elemental.

niice ok so u use flash i use a micture between phtoshop ms paint (lolz) and gimp but flash is what its called? cool then i can make invisible floating heads thanks! cant wait to see your water set!
