First one was stiff when the decap was execiuted, and the first thing you did was fall on the floor. Try to stay upright, or at least don't do the decap from the floor. Also, you relaxed Uke right before the kick, there's really no need to do that.
The second one was too stiff and slow. And try not to use other people's openers, kinda defeats the point of the replays being yours.
