In class today some girl thought that ego [well at least in this song] ment a.... well... pen0r. idk if shes right or not. pls help.
It's a double entendre.
While the immediate intake of the word ego may seem like an exact translation, there is a implication/innuendo that she's referring to the size of his junk. " it won't fit"... not a common description of an ego.

The LITERAL word ego does not mean penis. However, it's implied in this song that she IS talking about it. However, music is open to interpretation... so it's really up to you.

From the chorus its hard to tell but i think she actually means ego and not penis
