what i want 2 no is how 2 make a head i have a jpeg 128x128 image saved but it wont let me paste it into the texture bar ...

Well! You cant actually paste your picture into the bar. Click on browse (in textures, next to the box) then find the location of your head then click open.
Now just click on upload!
