Again i whant to put an avatar it keeps please wait and then it shows fail to load file... i guess i need a little help

Perhaps resize it to 100x100 before trying to upload it as your avatar.

Dirtnapp made it to me and it happened to me once i waited then it worked but now ive waited a week and it still doesnt work

Try to upload it to an image site (Tinypic, Imageshack etc), copy the URL for the image and use option 1 when editing your avatar.

Yep, you should use an image hosting site to host your picture first, then you can paste it into your avatar.
If that dosent work either, then PM an admin (alpha team member) and he'll change the picture for you.
