Then this same player says "I knows Hamster and Skulfuk, the creators of the game they will say this is op abuse" And continues to rant after the operator has left the game, what must you do? Is this really "Op Abuse"?

No, if it's your server you can kick anyone. However, best be polite and ask them to leave on their own, or it may come back to bite you in the ass.

No. If you're doing something illegal (eg farming) and an admin comes in, obviously, you'll just dig yourself a deeper hole by kicking them.

But a normal player? It's your server. There's no 'abuse', it's not a democracy. If you feel like banning someone because they have the letter "K" in there name, go for it. They can't complain. If they claim they know mods or admins who will say it's abuse, bullshit. Ban them for lying if they say that.
