Try this:
set engage distance:100
press c
extend glutes, hips, and ankles.
space x11
raise shoulders(so you dont get disqualified and more importantly to complete the move)
space x6
contract knees
space x3
there you have it. They have no body yay!
try extending and contracting again to see if you can knockl off there lumbar. i did that once.
