Is it the right size?
Maybe the seller didnt do it right

If its bigger than the normal size, it will resize, but it freezes at the first frame.
Its the same drill like if you upload a bigger avy than 100x100.

Ask Sangetsu to remake one, with the correct size.

Sangetsu, talk to him tell him to make it smaller, he should do it for free

Or ask for a refund.
