you present yourself as if you were posting a nooby stiff replay, which this certainly isn't.

Judging by this alone, you're already quite good.

A few pointers, though:
- grabbing without doing more substantial damage isn't ideal. It's not a flaw, but I still think a replay with a split and a decap done by grabbing isn't as good as a similar one with the same dismemberments without grabbing. Grabbing is very fine for (skillful) smashing and shatterhits (boomhits).
- Self dismemberment doesn't look good in most cases. You had a good pose there, dismembering your wrist didn't improve it.
- If you want an idea to improve this particular replay, there isn't really much (that I haven't said yet that is), but if you really want to try, aiming the kick between the pecs instead of the head could produce a nice shatterhit of both arms and maybe even the head.

i have palyed toribash for about 8 months now.
well i tried to punch ukes head of after the split but i didnt have enough power so i made a kick insted.

i know how to decap, and on this pc i am on now i just have 4. or 5 good replays but on my other computer i have alot of good stuff. ill maby post some of them.

one more thing. u said that i present myself as if you were posting a nooby stiff replay, how should i represent me then ?

I wasn't really implying that you should change the way you describe your replies, i just pointed out that the way you said it made me expect something that actually lacks skill.
