None of the options are working and im starting to think its a virus. Nothing i do works or effects th options in any way. The music wont turn off and shaders wont turn on and i need help fast!

Try to re-download.

This belongs in Support, as there is nothing to discuss.

If you cant turn on shaders, that means that your video card isnt good enough to run shaders.
And about the sound, err I think thats a bug in 3.8, not sure tho.

Also did you try editing your default.cfg located in your toribash folder?
