Dude, you use too much Hold. Try to do some more relaxed stuff.
They have potencial, but try to improve them.

lol, yes. but when i like do the moves even if i satrt all lax, i keep gettin stiff

Then press after a few frames relax all and move what you need to. Helps a lot.
