Hi, i play toribash and my Game when is in full screen it appear only half-screen... well im more worried about Shaders because when i click there nothing happen... i click then i go (ok) when i go see the Options again the shaders are off ... like this

Also yes, this is a Vista bug, switch some windows and minimize/maximize the window and it'll be fixed.

My video card is good (I think) because I play The Sims 3 graphics with the most and even then the shaders does not work, one day some guys told me that maybe I should upgrade the video card, but there is the problem I do not know how to update

That happens because your card dosent support shaders, aka it dosent have pixel shader 2.0 support.

What video card do you have? (run/dxdiag/display)

There is no folder called "run" in my pc (or i can't find it).
is an acer aspire 3690, does that help?

You've got an Intel 950 for graphics, so don't expect shaders. There is one driver for one version of Vista that enables the software shaders, but as the shader support is software rather than hardware then I doubt it would run at a playable speed.
