You know when you are doing the 'forced' APR missions? Well. I had no pills left, and then I had a couple of malaria attacks and 'died' to a white screen with some gasping and shit. What now? I left it on the white screen for about 2 hours and NOTHING happens. Glitch?

Try restarting the bloody game, go to an underground location and pick up some fucking malaria pills.

i'm pretty sure that's the end of it, sux man. if you have no pills, you just die, you'll have to restart or load a save further back to get pills from an underground place.
