Also, don't try to look for tutorials for these types of things. Like step by step instructions.

The best thing would be to practice it more on your own.
i fail at running, walking and pretty much anything that doesnt involve fighting ....sooo i gave up...so only fighting for me now, gotta love it

Both wrong. Walking was obviously done before running.
Probably back in the days when gravity wasn't changeable (well, I'm not sure if gravity was or wasn't changeable back then but I'm assuming).
